For dessert, I love anything mint chocolate. Delish.
Yeah, I thought about chocolate mint too. The only thing better is chocolate and peanut butter. In fact, I don't know why I failed to mention the combo on my list because there are few things better.
...except for just chocolate and no peanut butter. ( :) )
for some reason, it's hard for me to fall in love with that combo. It makes sense in my mind. I love both individually, and yet...

Oh, we had Nathan and Nicole stay last weekend. It was fun to get to know them.
Stephanie, I don't know how you can expect me to want to move to Denver if there is no decent Mexican food. You're not helping the cause here.

I love those kinds of lists. I get them as forwards all the time - I should just do them all on my blog and be done with them. I think my family is sick of me forwarding them on to them. But I think it's really fun to get to know each other in that way.
